The Introductory video for the series has been posted to YouTube.

The series will discuss many issues that inventors have consistently asked me. These include questions about patent costs, time frames, patentable subject matter, and many others.

I intend to highlight trouble areas for inventors like hidden costs and attorney practices that disadvantage clients severely.

A good place to start as well as a handy reference for answering Patent related questions is the USPTO FAQ page. This FAQ is surprisingly useful. Another helpful resource is the MPEP. This exhaustive work should be read and thoroughly understood by all Patent Attorneys. It is the quintessential compilation of Patent prosecution law.
