An Overview of My Consumer-Focused Practice
At the office of Thomas J. Personal Bankruptcy
I handle all matters related to personal or consumer bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. I will help you determine whether you qualify for discharge of your debts under a Chapter 7 petition. If so, I will help you understand which obligations may be discharged and which assets you can protect from sale. Divorce and Family Law
I work with men and women at all stages of a divorce, from the preparation and filing of a complaint through post-judgment motions for modification or enforcement of an existing order. I handle all matters arising out of a divorce, including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony or spousal support, and the division of marital property. In my personal injury practice, I focus on cases involving motor vehicle accidents, including car crashes; truck, semi, and tractor-trailer collisions; and motorcycle wrecks. I also handle many other types of personal injury, including slips and falls, animal attacks, catastrophic injuries (such as traumatic brain injury, or TBI, and spinal cord injury) and attractive nuisance cases.
